Skilled Trades Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring experienced TIG Welders Fabricators to join our manufacturing team. If you have strong stainless steel and aluminum welding skills and a passion for precision fabrication, we want to hear from you.

This is a shop welding and fabrication role (not pipe welding). You will read blueprints and technical drawings, perform accurate fit-ups, TIG weld, and conduct weld tests to ensure quality and tolerance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of TIG welding experience with thin-walled stainless steel and aluminum.
• Expertise in stainless steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and shop prints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of handling shop work.
• Must pass a TIG weld test on aluminum and stainless steel.
• Clean background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities
