Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator for our Green Bay client. The role focuses on MIG welding mild steel, stainless, and some aluminum, with reading blueprints and shop drawings to customer specs in a job shop setting. TIG aluminum is a plus but not required.

The work is on 1st shift with potential overtime. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years MIG welding experience in a shop environment, strong fabrication skills, and the ability to read complex drawings.

1st Shift MIG Welder Fabricator needed for immediate hire in Green Bay!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator to add to our clients growing team!

The majority of this position involves MIG welding mild steel, stainless, and a small amount of aluminum. The selected candidate will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to customer specification in a job shop environment along with fitting, assembly, and parts setting. TIG Aluminum experience a plus, not required. This is great organization and a very clean environment.
This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire position. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with flexible overtime availability. The starting pay ranges based on experience level and weld test results, $25-31 per hour.
