You will perform precision TIG welding, assembly, disassembly, and repair from engineering drawings and quality standards, collaborating with production, engineering, quality and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and technical instructions.
• Experience with precision TIG welding and qualification processes.
• Proficient in using micrometers, calipers and inspection gauges.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding repairs and fabrication of pump components in 2G, 3G, and 6G positions.
• Follow routers, drawings, and work instructions.
• Disassemble, repair, assemble, and test pumps and rotating equipment.
• Set up and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
• Operate hand tools, torches, cranes, forklifts as needed.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to support schedules.
• Document work and ensure quality records per procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
