Level II expands responsibilities to more complex components and introductory robotic welding, while Level III covers programming and troubleshooting of complex robotic welding, plus mentoring of Level II

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Welding Certificate or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Able to pass in-house weld test.

Mansioni

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect materials for type, thickness, and grade.
• Assemble and weld basic components to spec within tolerances.
• Perform MIG and spot welding on simple parts.
• Maintain welding equipment and work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ISO quality standards.
• Cross-train on other machines as needed.
• Move materials using forklifts or similar equipment.
