The role offers May–August with a location in IN and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in equipment technology and customer relations.

The internship emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and professional development with exposure to multiple product lines and hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior status required; pursuing related majors.
• Major in Agriculture Business, Business Management, Business Analytics, Agriculture Systems Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Willingness to learn and develop in new areas; strong communication.
• Ability to present to professionals with poise and confidence.
• Ability to solve problems accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer relation skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product selling, installation, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Participate in product recommendations and support customer operations.
• Manage summer projects and provide updates to managers on timelines.
• Develop data management information for internal and external use.
• Draft internal and external promotional materials for the AFS department.
• Facilitate shadows with employees to experience all departments.
