Interns rotate through Precision Ag & Sales departments, with opportunities to specialize based on interests and performance, including data management, field support, operations, and agronomy-driven

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Agriculture, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Ag Business, Engineering Technology or related field.
• Interest in precision agriculture, technology, and modern farming practices.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with real Precision Ag projects that support customers and dealership operations.
• Support data management tasks such as setup, organization, and seasonal data workflows.
• Participate in field support activities including equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Shadow and assist Precision Ag Specialists, Sales, and Agronomy-related roles.
• Participate in internal and external training related to Precision Ag technology and agronomic practices.
• Assist with customer clinics, demonstrations, and promotional or educational events.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Quote and sell precision ag components and upgrades.

You will actively contribute to projects, work directly with customers and internal teams, and gain practical experience with cutting‑edge ag technology used by growers today. Interns will rotate through key areas of the Precision Ag & Sales Departments, with opportunities to specialize based on interests and performance. Experiences may include data management, field support, operations, and agronomy‑driven technology solutions.

• Strong interest in precision agriculture, technology, and modern farming practices
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and technology quickly
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel between Gooseneck Implement locations, including occasional overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving authorization check
