Bane-Welker Equipment in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Precision Farming Specialist. This hands-on role combines technical diagnostics, installation, customer support, training, and sales.

You will install and calibrate precision farming systems, work with diagnostic tools, and help customers select and implement the right technologies while building lasting relationships. We value continuous learning and teamwork in a growing ag-tech field.

• Generate precision technology parts, service, installation, and product sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and technical expertise.
• Train customers on the operation and application of precision farming technology.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with equipment sales, service, parts, and other Precision Farming team members for a seamless experience.
• Stay current on new technology, products, equipment, and industry trends.
• Manage time, customer commitments, service work, and sales opportunities with minimal supervision.
