Benchmark Electronics Inc in Winona, MN is seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to prepare products for system assembly, unpacking, assembly, packaging and repair as required. You will follow paper work, verify kits, document batch data, and ensure accurate labeling while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role requires basic math, good component recognition, and the ability to work with shop tooling and processes in a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of SI experience.
• Ability to perform repair or test; Some heavy mechanical assembly.
• Demonstrate good component recognition skills.
• Understanding of basic computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Participate in a continuous improvement activity.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, and labels items per instructions.
• Uses appropriate mats and required tooling.
• Checks equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Works under close supervision with manufacturing routings and process instructions.
• May assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies.
• Notifies leadership of any shutdown situations.
• Enters data into Process Feedback System and links subassemblies to final unit.
• Enters quantities into Operations Complete when required.
• All employees are responsible for the quality of their work to meet customer satisfaction.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified repair operations.
