Qualifications

  • Experience with precision measuring instruments and micrometers/cales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
  • Install tooling, adjust offsets, and perform first-piece inspections.
  • Optimize programs and processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust as needed.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision tools.
  • Maintain documentation of setups and production runs.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
