Job summary

Team 360 Staffing is hiring experienced Structural Welders for a premier industrial piping and fabrication company in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding to precise specifications, read blueprints, and help fabricate structural steel and piping components.

The role requires 3+ years of welding experience and the ability to pass a weld test, background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of structural welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Core welding.
• Able to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.
• Knowledge of structural steel and industrial piping.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding
• Weld structural steel, pipe, and fabricated components to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
• Fit, align, and fabricate metal components
• Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and code compliance
• Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other fab equipment
• Measure, cut, and prep materials for fabrication
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet production schedules without sacrificing quality
