Decode blueprints, plan jobs, and operate saws, grinders, press brakes, shears, and CNC equipment, performing MIG, TIG, and stick welding to finish assemblies.

You'll inspect dimensions and finishes, correct issues to maintain throughput, and keep tools and work areas clean and safe under OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• Decoding blueprints, schematics and specs for each job.
• Experience with MIG, TIG and stick welding processes.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and prints.
• Detail-driven and able to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Decode blueprints and plan each job.
• Cut, form, and prep materials with saws, grinders, press brakes and shears.
• Assemble parts and perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to finish builds.
• Conduct quality checks on dimensions, fit and finish.
• Identify issues early and correct them to maintain throughput.
• Maintain and operate tools safely and report malfunctions.
