Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and specifications in English.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret measurements accurately.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Able to safely operate machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stretch press as specified by work orders and drawings.
• Set stops, install dies, and adjust components on the machine bed.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance to tolerances.
• Lift and position parts using hoist or crane and secure between dies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment per AS9100 standards.
