Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Prior leadership experience preferred with the ability to set high performance standards for self and others.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for safety.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture AC motor stators by winding, coil wrapping, insulating, inserting, connecting, lashing, brazing, and testing per specifications.
• Operate and set up production equipment including winding and insertion machines following work instructions and standards.
• Perform quality checks by reading blueprints and routing documents using measuring tools and basic math.
