Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Custom Assembler to join our team. This role focuses on precision welding and assembly of stainless steel products to meet customer specifications.

Highlights include a 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts), shift premium, and opportunities for overtime on Fridays. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED and 3–5 years of related experience, with blueprint literacy and strong quality focus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom parts by tightening nuts, bolts, screws, riveting or spot welding.
• Perform plumbing and electrical work as needed.
• Read parts lists, blueprints, and drawings to assemble products.
• Operate computer to enter work orders and print labels.
• Inspect parts and products for quality standards.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork and records.
