Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Solder Technician in Warwick, RI to solder surface mount and through-hole components on PCBs in accordance with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and ability to follow detailed technical documentation.

Responsibilities include reading BOMs and drawings, inspecting solder joints, maintaining organized work areas, and adhering to ESD safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience soldering SMT and through-hole components.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Solder surface mount components (SMT) onto PCBs.
• Solder through-hole components with precision and accuracy.
• Perform visual inspection of solder joints and assemblies to ensure IPC-A-610 compliance.
• Read and interpret BOMs, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Maintain organization of parts and work area.
• Adhere to ESD safety protocols.
