This position emphasizes safety and lean practices, with a 6am–3pm shift Mon-Thu and a 4-hour day on Friday, offering hands-on soldering and manufacturing experience in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing hand-soldering on electromechanical components.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong quality mindset with defect rework capability.
• Comfort with safety and lean processes (5S).

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly, testing, and precision hand-soldering of electrical and mechanical components.
• Execute hand-soldering for through-hole and SMT on electromechanical parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Inspect assemblies for cosmetics, tolerances, and test parameters; rework defects as needed.
• Support lean manufacturing and 5S, safety protocols, and continuous productivity improvements.
