Job summary

TE Connectivity's Assembly Operator II assembles and tests electronic and mechanical components according to standard procedures. The role requires soldering proficiency, precise hand-eye coordination, and microscope operation in a high-precision manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include following quality control, maintaining equipment, documenting work orders, and monitoring automated assembly technologies to ensure reliable production output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience with soldering and assembly.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and SOPs/OMS.
• Adherence to quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components per work instructions.
• Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping; document work orders.
• Identify defects in soldering and components; report issues.
• Operate and monitor automated assembly technologies.
