Job summary

Thuasne USA is seeking a Fine Sock Knitting Technician to support our circular knitting lines. The role requires 2-3 years of experience on Lonati and Santoni machines, with the ability to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

You will document issues, communicate with Master Technician or Manager about on-hand parts, and participate in weekly maintenance and style changes. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum experience in circular knitting environments.
• Knowledge of Lonati and Santoni circular knitting machines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Communicates machine performance issues and documents them on the board.
• Informs technicians/managers of parts on-hand issues and production stops.
• Troubleshoots and repairs knitting machines; performs weekly maintenance as scheduled.
• Performs style/size changes and assists other duties as needed.
• Maintains clean work areas and adheres to safety policies.
