Job summary

Adura is hiring a Pick and Place SMT Operator at our Corona, CA location. The role involves loading parts, applying solder paste, and monitoring SMT equipment to ensure quality and productivity.

Experience with PnP, reflow ovens, and stencil printers is required, along with IPC standards compliance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plan with company match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of Surface Mount experience and machine operations running pick and place, reflow ovens and stencil printers.
• Ability to read work orders, follow production drawings or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load proper parts into machine and fill solder paste.
• Inspect and test finished SMT products for quality.
• Monitor machine output and perform basic maintenance/calibration as needed.
• Prepare area for next job to save time and ensure safety.
• Operate SMT equipment and adjust printer to apply solder paste.
