Job summary

Adura is hiring a Pick and Place SMT Operator in Corona, CA. The role involves loading parts, applying solder paste, and monitoring SMT machines to ensure quality. You will inspect finished boards and perform basic maintenance decisions to minimize downtime.

Two or more years of SMT experience and familiarity with IPC-610/J-STD workmanship standards are required. The position offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of Surface Mount experience.
• Experience operating pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and stencil printers.
• Ability to read work orders, production drawings, or follow verbal instructions.
• Familiarity with IPC-610/J-STD workmanship standards Class II & III, and identify polarity/colors/values.
• Capable of loading and navigating multiple programs for surface mount equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load parts into SMT machines and fill solder paste.
• Inspect and test SMT products for quality.
• Monitor machine output and perform basic maintenance/calibration as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and hazards-free; prepare machines for next job.
