Job summary

Technipaq in Cary, IL is hiring a Slitter Operator for the 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm, Mon–Fri). You will slit materials to support press, lamination and pouch departments, handling foil, film, Tyvek and paper laminates in a high‑volume environment.

Requirements: 1+ year as a machine operator or 2+ years in complex mechanical work; must be 18+ and pass a ruler test; able to stand, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. ISO experience preferred; training provided.

• 1+ year of machine operator experience OR 2+ years in complex mechanical work
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a ruler test
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 65 lbs
• Able to tolerate chemicals and odors
• ISO experience in manufacturing preferred but not required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Slit material to support press, lamination and pouch departments; handle rolls loaded from laminating and slitting processes
• Prepare and set up slitting operations for various materials (foil, film, Tyvek, paper laminates)
