Job summary

Technipaq, Inc. in Cary, IL is seeking a Lamination Helper for the night shift (6 pm to 6:30 am, rotating nights). The role supports the Lamination Department to ensure a quality laminated product for medical, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical industries.

You will stage materials, prepare paperwork, mix batches of adhesives, load/unload lamination machines, and keep the area clean while assisting the Operator and following ISO 9001/13485 standards. Training provided; FDA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ yrs manufacturing/operator experience a PLUS but not required.
• 2+ yrs doing advanced Mechanical (i.e. taking cars, machines apart/set-up/change-overs) is required.
• Ability to stand/walk/sit for 12 hour shifts.
• Make and interpret measurements with a ruler to 1/16 of an inch (pre-employment ruler test).
• Physically fit with up to 65 lbs lift; tolerate chemicals and odors.

Responsibilities

• Staging material for production runs.
• Preparing written production paperwork.
• Mixing batches of adhesives and coatings.
• Loading and unloading materials onto Lamination Machines.
• General housekeeping in the lamination area.
• Acquiring materials for production runs.
• Assist the Operator to maximize machine time while maintaining quality.
