Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to perform various duties ensuring on-time and accurate shipping. You will pack products, prepare shipments for domestic and international orders, and assist with palletizing and labeling in a production warehouse environment.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with shipping software to generate documentation. The position is based in Battle Ground, WA with a 4/10 schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including AS400, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and UPS Worldship preferred.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Pack a wide range of products for domestic and international shipments.
• Identify priority orders and select cost-effective shipping methods.
• Assist with picking, palletizing, labeling, and loading shipments.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely following procedures.
• Document shipping activity and communicate with other departments.
