You will coordinate and execute shipping activities, including order picking, packing, labeling, and documentation, to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.

The role requires RF scanner proficiency, pallet jack operation, and accurate documentation. You will collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using bar code scanners and RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to operate electric and manual pallet jacks safely.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and fill orders using RF scanners and bar code technology to ensure correct product selection.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks to move and stage products for shipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and quantity compliance, reporting any discrepancies or damages to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain organized shipping areas and timely dispatch of goods.
