Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Carson, CA. This role will receive, inspect, and process shipments, perform data entry in warehouse systems, and prepare outbound orders for shipping.

• Forklift capabilities are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in CFS operations and air and ocean receiving a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Knowledgeable in parcel and LTL receiving and preparing outbound orders for shipping.
• Perform accurate data entry in warehouse management systems and customer portals.
• Track shipments and update records as needed.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery issues.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
