Catalina Snacks Inc is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations on site in Lebanon, IN. You will verify loads, check in drivers, document shipments, and maintain accurate inventory logs to support timely order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication with warehouse leads, supervisors, and analysts, while complying with established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
• Experience with WMS or ERP software a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift/pallet jack as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving Operations: Handle daily shipping and receiving functions for all inbound and outbound loads.
• Check in drivers and direct them to assigned dock doors.
• Ensure accurate documentation for shipments (bills of lading, packing slips, load sheets).
• Monitor and document transfers from adjacent warehouses.
• Monitor detention times and maintain shipping/receiving logs.
• Keep daily shipping and Receiving tracker updated.
• Verify and audit loads for accuracy, and document discrepancies.
• Write up shortages and communicate them.
• Maintain communication with team to ensure timely dock operations.
• Coordinate with dock and inventory personnel.
• Receive inventory into warehouse system promptly and accurately.
• Process receipts per company standards and properly label storage locations.
• Maintain detailed records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventories.
• Audit picked orders for same/next day shipments.
• Audit inbound pallets against documents.
