Responsibilities

• Provide support to Shipping/Receiving Department Management and fulfill in the Department Leader’s absence.
• Receiving – unpack materials and verify counts with packing slips.
• Packaging – pack materials to prevent damage and note quantities for invoicing.
• Invoicing – invoice jobs as completed and print pack slips.
• Shipping – determine method of shipment based on documents.
• Maintain hold documentation with date/time and reason.
• Keep the area clean and organized; notify supplies need.
• Support company safety procedures and regular safety meetings.
