Hydro in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to verify documents, process bills of lading, and support packing operations.

You will enter data, generate shipping reports, and coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with Excel, with a focus on safety and 5S standard adherence.

Formación

• Passing Forklift exam based on internal requirements.
• Strong Mathematics Skills.
• Strong typing and PC Skills (Data entry, word processing, Excel).
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures.
• Excellent Attention to Detail.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of process related standards.
• Proven ability to develop successful partnerships with internal and external team members.

Responsabilidades

• Check all documentation for accuracy (packing lists, conversions, addresses and other related data).
• Enter data to generate bills of lading or air bills and match test certifications with orders.
• Generate shipping reports and maintain files relating to all shipping documentation.
• Communicate with designated parties internally to determine shipping instructions.
• Calculate dimensions and weights; check shipments in transit as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and assist drivers with information.
• Prepare reports relating to departmental activity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain 5S standards.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; comply with HSE and quality requirements.
• Perform other related duties; support packing area as needed.
