Job summary

Micro Precision Calibration is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle daily pickups and deliveries of customer equipment from our Tempe facility. You will support office tasks, update work orders, and assist customers with inquiries while coordinating with local carriers for timely shipments.

The role requires strong phone skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of FedEx/UPS/DHL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proven data entry accuracy and speed.
• Ability to follow up with customers and close requests.
• Experience coordinating pickups and deliveries with customers.
• Knowledge of international courier services (FedEx/UPS/DHL).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily route for pickups and deliveries of customer equipment.
• Assist with general office duties, data entry and order status updates.
• Handle shipping/receiving tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers to ensure on-time service.
• Maintain clear communication and accurate records for each job.
