Job summary

Micro-Tronics, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support inbound and outbound materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely movement of goods to production.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, and 2+ years in shipping/receiving. Forklift and ERP experience (SyteLine) are preferred; candidates must pass safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and driving experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Process receiving transactions in the ERP system.
• Package and ship outgoing orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lot traceability.
• Operate forklifts and load/unload deliveries.
• Support stockroom and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with safety and quality initiatives.
