Job summary

Micro-Tronics, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support production logistics. The role emphasizes material handling, documentation, and safe movement of goods throughout the facility.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of shipping/receiving experience, forklift familiarity, and experience with ERP systems such as SyteLine. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
• Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience using an ERP system (SyteLine preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Process receiving transactions in the ERP system.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery.
• Create packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Load and unload deliveries using forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Deliver materials to appropriate departments and move items to inventory.
• Support stockroom operations and inventory counts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform local pickups/deliveries as needed.
