Job summary

BR Printers is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Kentucky Airport Facility (KYA) in Hebron. The role focuses on processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn RF scanning equipment and shipping software. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, with a team-oriented, dependable attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills required and ability to enter and maintain information.
• Willingness to learn shipping software, inventory systems, and RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Enter receiving information and shipment details into computer systems.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments with packing slips and labels.
• Verify quantities and shipping addresses before shipment.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight providers.
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Support inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow safety procedures and BR Printers policies.
