Job summary

AirLife in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Shipment Verification Specialist to verify outbound customer shipments in a climate-controlled facility. You will ensure product identification, lot numbers, labels, pallet counts, and documentation are accurate before shipment.

The role collaborates with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Quality to enforce quality and regulatory requirements, conducts inspections, and maintains records while supporting continuous improvement in shipping accuracy.

Qualifications

• Familiar with packing methods and packing materials.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Experience with barcode scanners and shipment verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in basic math; Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent verification of outbound shipments prior to release.
• Verify product IDs, quantities, lot numbers, labels, and documentation.
• Document shipment discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Maintain shipment verification records per quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve accuracy and efficiency.
