• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders using shipping software.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the appropriate team.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment and coordinate with carriers for pickup.
