Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in metal fabrication.
• 3–5 years in a similar metal fabrication environment preferred.
• Ability to read English-language blueprints.
• Experience using measuring instruments (verniers, gauges).
• Strong math calculation abilities.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications.
• Inspect first piece of material and ongoing parts with measuring tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production needs.
• Ensure safety and quality in daily operations.
