Job summary

Anchor Fabrication in Denton, TX is seeking a Sheet Metal Forming Specialist (Press Brake) for a full-time role on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will set up and operate press brakes to bend, form, and straighten metal to blueprint specifications, and conduct first-article and final inspections.

You should have strong blueprint reading, GD&T knowledge, shop math skills, and at least 5 years in sheet metal fabrication. Epicor experience and Amada/Trumpf press brake familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication preferred.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and shop math.
• Demonstrated GD&T knowledge; able to pass a GD&T test.
• Experience with Amada or TRUMPF press brakes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brakes to bend, form, and straighten metal to blueprint and specification requirements.
• Conduct first-article and final inspections; adjust tooling, back gauges, and parameters for repeatability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.
• Complete basic clerical and labor reporting tasks; overtime/shift changes as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
