ERGOMET INC PRECISION SHEET METAL MFG CO is seeking a Forming / Bending Precision Sheet Metal Specialist to craft high-quality metal components in a fast-paced environment. You will set up bending and forming machines, read blueprints, and work with engineers to optimize processes.

Ideal candidates have proven sheet metal fabrication experience, the ability to read drawings, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in bending and forming sheet metal
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong eye for detail and quality standards
• Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bending and forming machines to produce parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for accurate production
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes
• Maintain equipment and work area for safety and efficiency
• Adjust machine settings to achieve target results
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bending equipment
• Document production activities and maintain records
