We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team with a DIY attitude and willing to bring Rizon’s production to the next level. A positive attitude and a high level of organizational skills are a must to be successful in this role.

• Products delivered to our customers on time with zero defects
• Adherence to ISO9001/AS9100 quality procedures, including inspections and documentation
• Willingness to improve and drive advancements in the fabrication process
• Efficient material and resource use
• Proficiency in various operations including press brakes, welding, grinding, deburring, hardware insertion, packaging
• Clean, organized, and safe workspace

What you bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience with precision sheet metal
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs to produce parts accurately
• Experience with Amada punch press and press brakes a plus
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems (preferred)
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and various gauges
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High standard of quality
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to TIG/ MIG weld
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
