Job Title: Fabricator (3rd Shift)

Job Summary

The Fabricator creates components for small- and large-scale HVAC products. Responsibilities include assembling parts by hand and operating fabrication machines in the production area.

Essential Functions

1. Operate fabrication equipment: Press Brakes, Turrets, Shear, Notcher, & ACIES Laser/Material Load/Unloader.
2. Provide quality fabricated metal products.
3. Maintain safety devices and personal protective equipment.
4. Keep records as per policies and procedures.
5. Use inspection gauges for quality checks.
6. Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
7. Assist in maintaining and organizing tooling.
8. Follow setup instructions for specific jobs.
9. Organize the work area efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge of safety and quality practices.
• Basic computer skills for operating testing equipment.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to inspect parts visually.
• Successful completion of training and certification.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

The pay range is $18.00 - $18.21 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Benefits may include incentive programs, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holidays.
