Qualifications

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

Operate roll forming, pipe rolling, flange-forming, and related fabrication equipment.
Produce commercial duct pipe and flanges according to job specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.
Inspect finished products to verify proper dimensions, accuracy, and overall quality.
Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical or production issues to supervision.
Organize and stage completed components for duct assembly and downstream production.
Assist other departments as needed to support workflow and ensure timely production completion.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work area.
Perform hands-on machine operation requiring consistent standing, movement, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
