Responsibilities

• Operate roll machines to shape metal parts, adapting techniques for varying material characteristics.
• Apply critical thinking to adjust processes and ensure high-quality results for each piece.
• Utilize brake press machines (non-CNC) for forming and bending tasks.
• Use geometry and math skills to measure and calculate precise bends and rolls.
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other shop equipment to move materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with experienced team members and embrace continuous learning opportunities.
• Assist with general metal fabrication and shop tasks as needed.
