Mission Critical Group (MCG) seeks a Sheet Metal Operator to fabricate parts on CNC punch/break presses on the production floor. You will load materials, set tooling, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Requires 1+ years in sheet metal fabrication or CNC operation, strong mechanical skills, and safety awareness. Overtime may be required; PPE is mandatory. High school diploma or GED required; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sheet metal fabrication or CNC operator experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong mechanical skills and basic computer skills.
• Safety conscious with PPE and OSHA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC punch press or break press to fabricate parts per job specifications.
• Load materials, secure work, and set tooling for proper operation.
• Read drawings/blueprints and verify dimensions with calipers/protractors.
• Coordinate with CNC operators to adjust machine controls as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with on-the-job training and process improvements.
