Qualifications

• Set up and program existing production jobs with proper tooling and parameters.
• Obtain first-piece approval from the quality department.

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Setup and run new jobs with proper documentation and ensure readiness of tooling and materials.
• Ensure robustness and continuous improvement of setups; coordinate with process engineering as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently (tooling, conveyors, and automation).
• Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure uptime and quality.
