Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED accepted with equivalent experience.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Good eyesight with depth perception and color differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing processes, including staging parts and manual assembly.
• Operate assembly machines and use hand tools to assemble parts and products.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, specs, bills of material and procedures.
• Ensure parts meet quantity and quality standards; inspect and rework as needed.
• Document work on forms and graphs; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist teammates to assemble products and pack finished goods.
• Identify and address issues with equipment; perform routine preventative maintenance.
