Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a production operator to set up and operate saws according to print specifications for customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will inspect pieces with calipers and tape measures, perform rework when needed, and maintain clean, safe workstations while meeting production targets. Training may be provided for new workers and other duties may be assigned.

Formación

• Must read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as geometry and trigonometry in practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with good judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate saws per print for customer orders in production and meet ISO and safety standards.
• Maintain production standards and inspect products to ensure conformance using calipers, tape measures, and squares.
• May work at any workstation to meet production requirements.
• Perform rework on nonconforming product when required.
• Complete all documentation associated with the operation and keep workstation clean.
• May train new employees assigned to the area and perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
