Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a production operator to set up, operate and adjust machinery to produce high-quality electrical infrastructure products. Responsibilities include inspection, processing, recording production data and potentially running multiple machines concurrently.

You will interpret drawings and routing sheets, perform SPC as required, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while properly labeling hazardous waste.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interpret drawings and routing sheets.
• Able to perform SPC as required.
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate, and adjust machines and equipment to produce quality products (e.g., pultrusion, saw, doweling).
• Inspect, sand, mix, saw, test, and process as required.
• Record production, scrap, and other required production records; may operate more than one machine at a time.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and properly package/label hazardous waste before removal.
