We look for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with 2+ years of manufacturing experience, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong commitment to safety. This on-site role includes mandatory pre-shift stretching as part of our safety program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and commitment to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift, bend, and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing orders to determine specs and quantities.
• Cut and prep metal stock to exact lengths for assembly and shipment.
• Operate saws, machines, and hand tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and PPE compliance and support safety protocols.
• Cross-train in other areas to boost team flexibility and production flow.
