Condux is looking for a Saw / Fabrication Operator in Mankato, Minnesota, to set up and operate saws while ensuring quality and safety. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, performing maintenance on equipment, and collaborating with team members.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes, is mandatory in production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hours per day.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate saws and fabrication equipment.
• Reference and interpret technical drawings.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment.
