Job summary

This on-site role emphasizes craftsmanship over assembly-line work, with a 3:30pm–12:00am shift, Monday to Friday.

You will use hand tools and finishing equipment, maintain strict quality standards, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure customer-ready parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing, production, molding, or quality.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to handle small, detailed, precision components.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Deflash molded rubber and rubber-to-metal components using hand tools and equipment.
• Preserve critical dimensions and product integrity during finishing.
• Inspect components for cosmetic defects and dimensional accuracy.
• Use precision tools to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Package finished goods to highest quality standards and traceability.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
