• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills used in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery.
• Read and follow written work instructions and production requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Experience with forklifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling mill equipment to meet specifications.
• Perform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and related processes.
• Develop rolling pass schedules and monitor the process.
• Inspect materials using precision measuring equipment.
• Monitor product quality and address issues.
• Record production data and material traceability in systems.
• Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, and startup/shutdown procedures.
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely.
• Follow ISO quality requirements and production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and keep work area clean and organized.
• Support other manufacturing activities as needed.
